if the user has the permission * then they will have all of the perms listed below

if you download the latest version the perms have switched from iaddon. to blocklimiter.

Permission	Description	Children
blocklimiter.*	grants all permissions	blocklimiter.command.reload blocklimiter.bypass blocklimiter.command.edit
blocklimiter.bypass	allows the player to place blocks anywhere while bypassing the blocks: section	None
blocklimiter.command.reload	allows the user to reload the config	None
blocklimiter.command.edit	allows the user to use the in game editor	None
blocklimiter.updater.notification	allows the player to get notifications for the spigot updater	None
blocklimiter.command.*	gives all command perms	blocklimiter.command.reloadblocklimiter.command.edit
